The AHT's small animal clinic is a world class referral and diagnostic service for cats and dogs. We are patient-focused and client-orientated. We accept referrals in Dermatology, Internal Medicine, Neurology, Oncology, Ophthalmology and Surgery. These disciplines are supported by Anaesthesia, Diagnostic Imaging, Hydrotherapy and Nursing teams.

We have at least one European Certified Specialist in each of our disciplines, and more than 80 staff working across the clinic.

The Equine Centre offers a comprehensive referral service for orthopaedics, imaging and poor performance. Cardio respiratory disease can be investigated with use of our high-speed treadmill, imaging and endoscopy services. Full surgical facilities and an experienced anaesthesia team allow for diagnoses and treatment of disease. The AHT is committed to the future of veterinary science and the health and welfare of generations of animals. All funds raised through treating patients go straight back into our work to enhance knowledge and develop new diagnostic tests, treatments and vaccines.

We work with referring vets to gather and collect information about the problems our patients are diagnosed with so we can learn more about these conditions. This enables us to evaluate the effectiveness of new treatment options and better understand individual cases.

We pass everything we learn onto the wider veterinary and scientific professions for the benefit of animals across the world.
