Part Time - 21 hours per week

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our friendly team in this busy and varied role. Building on your existing payroll and pension’s knowledge you will assist in processing the in house payroll and pension’s administration for approximately 300 employees; answering related queries and entering/reconciling data.
Reporting to the HR/Payroll/Pension Systems Manager, you will provide technical support within the HR team and across the AHT assisting in the delivery and development of the HR system. Crucially this will include running the end-to-end payroll pension processes, month/year-end and ensuring the software is configured for optimum reporting and functionality.
To be eligible for the role you must have approximately 2 years previous experience of running payroll and/or pension’s administration. The ideal candidate will be a team player demonstrating excellent communication, numeracy and literacy skills. A relevant professional qualification and knowledge of Access payroll software are desirable.
