I graduated at the University of Hertfordshire with a degree in Oncology and Radiotherapy. After graduating I worked at Mount Vernon Cancer Centre in North London, where I specialised in pre-treatment and image guided radiotherapy. In 2015 I joined the AHT to continue my interest in oncology but with treating animals.
Before I completed my degree, I finished an apprenticeship scheme in dressage where I was able to compete in the British young rider dressage squad and competed in the talent spotting finals. I still enjoy competing my horse in local British dressage competitions.
The Animal Health Trust is a veterinary charity, based in Suffolk, which offers clinical referral services and diagnostic testing for horses, dogs and cats in East Anglia, across the UK and internationally. Through its research programmes it develops new diagnostic tests, treatments and vaccines to help thousands of animals.
