AHT OPHTHALMOLOGY UNIT LAUNCHES CLINICAL CLUB
The ophthalmology unit is launching free clinical club meetings on both small animal and equine ophthalmology topics. Each session is based around a three course dinner and a glass of wine, with CPD. Participants are also encouraged to bring their own tricky cases to discuss with the team of AHT specialists.
The first small animal session is on blindness on 30 July, and the equine session is on getting the best from an ophthalmic examination on 6 August. Places are limited to 25 and are proving very popular, if you would like to be included in either of these, or future sessions, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll make sure you are kept in the loop.
We are the biggest ophthalmology unit in Europe. All of our specialists have spent a minimum of five years in general practice in the UK so we understand the pressures you face. And as the AHT has a very unique not for profit remit to improve veterinary medicine through teaching, clinical research and clinical excellence, we are always looking for ways to give back to the profession. We hope you will like these sessions, which are free to participants, and will hopefully help you deal with your eye cases with more confidence.
