The Grass Sickness Surveillance Scheme is very keen to hear of any grass sickness cases that your practice has encountered.

The way this would work is that if you see cases of EGS we would appreciate it if you asked the owner whether they would mind taking part in our scheme. If they agree then we will send them some details of the scheme along with a case-report questionnaire for them to send back to us free of charge.

Examples of the questionnaire can be seen on this website or you can contact Georgette directly at the AHT by email at maire.o'brien@aht.org.uk or via phone on 01638 751000 (Ext 1240) for a paper form.

Once you have registered your practice with the scheme we will send you information through the post telling you more about the scheme as well as the different ways in which you can help report cases to us.
