Clinician in Oncology

Full Time, Part Time or Locum positions considered

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Oncologist to join our team and contribute to our continued success and development.

The Animal Health Trust is a charitable organisation aiming to fight disease and injury in companion animals. The small animal clinic is dedicated to providing the highest standards of patient care, and has an active programme of clinical research and post-graduate training (Internships, Residencies and PhDs).

The oncology group works closely with our specialists from other disciplines, including anaesthesia, dermatology, diagnostic imaging, internal medicine, neurology, ophthalmology, physiotherapy and surgery. On site we have CT, fluoroscopy, 1.5T MRI and a radiotherapy suite comprising a Clinac 23EX linear accelerator, strontium 90 ophthalmic applicator and HDR brachytherapy. The pathology and clinical pathology laboratories on site complement the clinical services and enable us to offer a full on-site diagnostic service. We also have a number of research groups and an equine referral clinic with opportunities for collaborative work.

Our reward package includes time off clinics for research, teaching and a range of employee discounts.
